Background

Graeme started with our firm in 1999 as a first year cadet accountant straight from high school. During these years he moved forward to experience all levels of accounting and tax affairs. Graeme Bellach was admitted as a Business Services Partner in 2010.

Graeme enjoys spending time with his family, he is the Vice President of Education for Holroyd Toastmasters Club, and is actively involved in sport particularly squash, soccer and cricket. He is also an avid AFL supporter.

Graeme’s experience in business valuations spans over 8 years and includes valuing businesses and companies, both small and large. Types of valuations Graeme has experience with include the following:

  • Basic annual valuations requested by the owners with minimal effort to provide an idea of the value of the business in the years leading up to its sale
  • Provided for a vast variety of industries, particularly wholesaling and service industries

Externally Required Valuations

  • Business Acquisitions – existing clients looking to acquire a competitor or a related business
  • Acquiring a Franchise – mainly in service orientated franchises

  • Divorce Proceedings – market value to help in division of family assets
