02 9683 5999From 1 July 2012 there will be the further abolition of some stamp duties in NSW. The transactions that will no longer attract stamp duty are:
- Unlisted marketable securities
- Mortgages
- Business Assets other than land
If you or an entity you control is considering these types of transactions there may be some cost savings by delaying the transaction until 1 July 2012.
