DIVISION 7A LOANS – INTEREST RATE

The ATO has announced the interest rate for loans from a private company to individuals or trusts for the 2012-13 financial year is 7.05%.

GIC & SIC Rates

The ATO has published general interest charge (GIC) and shortfall interest charge (SIC) rates for the first quarter of the 2012-13 income year.

The GIC annual rate for July – September 2012 is 10.66%
