- NSW First Home Owners Grant is a $7,000 cash benefit available to all first home buyers of their main residence.
- NSW First Home Plus entitles first home buyers an exemption on stamp duty for all purchases under $500,000.
- NSW New Home Buyers Supplement is available between 11 November 2008 and 30 June 2010 and provides a $3,000 cash benefit for building a new home or purchase of a newly constructed home.
- First Home Owner Boost recipients will receive a cash benefit of $14,000 for contracts for the purchase of new residential homes entered into between 14 October 2008 and 30 September 2009 and $7,000 for contracts entered into between 1 October 2009 and 31 December 2009.
