Ronelle Wilson is a Partner at CIB with over two decades of experience advising a wide range of clients across varied industries. She began her career at a Big 4 firm before joining CIB in 2003, where she has built a reputation as a trusted adviser to businesses, families, individuals and not-for-profits.

Her expertise spans taxation, business advisory, and audit, working with clients from small family enterprises through to large organisations. Known as a people-focused professional, Ronelle is valued by both staff and clients for her approachable nature and practical advice.

Known for being proactive, Ronelle is committed to helping clients feel confident about their financial decisions.  She works with them closely, navigating complex tax matters to improve financial outcomes.

A mentor and role model, Ronelle is an advocate for young women aspiring to leadership positions within CIB, DFKANZ and the wider accounting industry.
